Four things that speed up a quote
You do not need all four. A photograph and a rough size is enough to start. But the more of these you can give us, the sooner the reply is a price instead of another question.
• Where it is going. Interior or exterior, and what is behind it: a wall, a ceiling void, glass, or another layer of mesh.
• The opening or the panel size. A dimension beats a description, and a drawing beats a dimension.
• What it has to do. Hold a plane, fold, filter a view, or stop something. That one sentence usually decides the family.
• The finish you have in mind. Mill, satin, mirror, antique or PVD — or simply “unsure”, which is a legitimate answer.
If the project is still at concept stage, send a reference image instead. We can often name the family from one photograph and an approximate height, and tell you what would rule the alternatives out.
Common questions
Answers before you ask
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, and usually the same day if your message arrives before 16:00 China time. A price for a sample panel is quick; a full quotation with drawings takes longer, because someone has to check the fixing against your opening.
Are samples free?
Yes. A4 samples are free and normally posted within about a week. For curtains and veils we can send a hanging piece instead, because the fold is the thing you are actually approving.
What is the minimum order?
10 m² for most families. Mixed panels and mixed finishes inside one order are normal, and they are quoted as one order rather than as several.
Can you work from our drawing?
That is the usual way. Panels are made to the opening rather than cut from a stock sheet, so the drawing is where the panel splits, the fixing centres and the joint positions get settled.
