Why buyers choose us

Architectural mesh is judged on details: an aperture that doesn’t match the
approved sample, a finish that shifts between batches, panels that arrive bent.
We weave, cut and finish every panel in our own Anping facility, to the sample you approved.

1. Factory Direct

Own weaving and finishing lines — no trading margin in between.

2. Custom to Your Spec

Pattern, panel size, colour and packing built around your drawing.

3. Sample Before You Commit

Physical sample for approval before mass production.

4. Project-Ready Support

Spec sheets, drawings and export documents in English within 24 h.

Where our metal mesh is used

From drawing to delivered panels

Four steps, and the first one costs you nothing but a drawing. The sample you approve is the standard production is checked against, which is why we ask for it before the panel sizes are fixed.

1. Send the drawing or spec

Sketch, panel size, pattern and finish — or a reference photograph. We confirm what the weave can hold before anything is quoted.

2. Approve a physical sample

A free A4 piece in the alloy and finish you are considering. That sample, not a render, is what production is measured against.

3. Production and inspection

Panels are woven, cut and finished in-house, then inspected against the approved sample before packing.

4. Shipping and documents

Export packing, FOB / CIF / DDP terms, and the full document set including the material test report.

Materials and finishes

The alloy decides how the mesh ages. The finish decides how it catches light — and, in a few cases, what it must avoid.

Materials

Stainless steel 304 and 316, aluminium, brass and copper. 316 for coastal, humid or chemically exposed sites; aluminium where panel weight governs.

Finishes

Mill, satin, mirror, antique, clear-coated, powder coat and PVD in gold, bronze, black and champagne tones. RAL colour matching on request.

Typical range

Wire 0.5 – 4.0 mm, cable 1.2 – 4.0 mm, aperture 2 – 50 mm, panels made to your size. Tell us the span and the exposure and we will narrow it.

Colour matching

Six finishes are held as samples. Ask for the set and narrow it in the space, not on a screen — the light changes the metal.

What ships with every order

” Every shipment leaves with a material test report matched to the batch that was woven, and a packing list that matches the panels inside. “

Material test report

Sent with every shipment

” Setting-out drawings carry the panel numbering, the joint positions and the fixing the structure has to take, so installation is a sequence rather than a puzzle.”

Frequently asked questions

The four questions we are asked most often. If yours is not here, send it — we answer within one working day.

What is your minimum order?

Confirmed per mesh family at quotation, because it depends on the weave and the finish rather than on area alone. The standard coil build starts at 10 m².

How long does a sample take?

A free A4 sample is normally sent within about a week. Where the way a curtain hangs matters, ask for a hanging sample rather than a flat piece.

What is the production lead time?

Stock specifications ship in about a week. Custom sizes and finishes are confirmed at quotation, because panel count, edge detail and finish all move the schedule.

Do you provide test reports?

A material test report travels with each shipment. For anything else, tell us the standard your project is checked against and we will confirm which reports we hold.
